A few quick posts for fun.
If you dance on a rapper team eventually a sword will break, usually at the swivel handle. An inspired friend of the New Haven team crafted years of accumulated ends together with delightful results!

I heard the perfect katydid argument, and got this recording:
The tenth time I saw this sign (at the folk school in Brasstown NC, Dance Musicians Week) I noticed the rhyme of “descriptions” and “systems”:
The sign is in every bathroom, and cried out for its poetry to be completed. So in the middle of the jig set at our concert I sang:
Despite the product descriptions
Our fragile septic systems
Cannot break down a flushable wipe
Or feminine product of any type
Please be helping us with this issue
Flushing nothing but toilet tissue
On this sign we pleasantly ask it
Use instead the little wastebasket
Got a good laugh, especially from local staff who see that sign constantly!
There are more hydrogen atoms in a single molecule of water than there are stars in the entire solar system!
