Gmail is great, but some common things are harder than they should be. For example, resending a message to a different person takes 7 steps.

The accumulated annoyance finally motivated me to create the "Recompose" add-on, with one-click shortcuts to compose a message based on the current message.

• send a similar message individually to several people
• send a new message to a list of addresses I've messaged before (often including BCC's)
• resend a version of a recurring message
