In this mixer dancers form scattered groups with any number of couples. That makes for fun chaos and less transition panic (compared with 2-couple scatter mixers), and more flavors to enjoy as circle sizes vary.
From the B1 allemande, continue turning and join left hands as well with an allemande hold, to turn it into a cross-hand swing. Then lower those joined hands to waist level and switch to a handshake grip for the promenade.
